The Water Quality Committee is hiring SOLitude, our water quality management company, to do treatments of the areas by the fingers, north end shorelines and areas by the dam, with a specific herbicide to mitigate algae. 

After application, home owners should not use lake water for watering flower beds, plants, grass or turf for a period of 5 days.

This herbicide will not affect fish, wildlife, domestic pets or people.
