We are aware of the current poor condition of the water…

Solitude, our lake management contractor, has undergone internal changes which have caused delays in our lake’s treatments and overall care. Between the warm winter and current temperatures and weather, we face increasing challenges when it comes to maintaining good water quality. The staff has been emailing and calling Solitude daily requesting the services our lake needs. Solitude has not been responding to most of our emails and when they do, they just say they will get to it when they can. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Please know that the Governors and staff are not just sitting idly by. We have met with another company that may take over very soon. We are also working with legal to break our contract with Solitude. We are working very hard to resolve this issue!

In addition, as soon as the steel is installed for the clubhouse deck (hopefully in the next two weeks), we can raise the lake to its normal summer level, which will also help with treating the lake.
