Protecting Our Lake’s Health 

Our lake’s quality depends upon stormwater runoff into it from the watershed. That is why PLCA contracted with experts at OneWater Consulting (OWC) to review the developer’s site plan for a 99-acre major development of 449 residential units at 1361 Alps Road, the former GAF site. OWC prepared a detailed report on findings related to stormwater runoff and concerns regarding erosion that has been submitted to the Wayne Township Planning Board for review.

Consider attending the upcoming Planning Board meeting on June 12 to express feedback and concerns during Public Input. Your participation will help to ensure transparency and accountability in decision-making.
