Packanack Lake Athletic Association, along with its members and supporters, would like to welcome everyone to the Fall 2023 Women’s Soccer League. The league brings many benefits to our community, most importantly, it creates some wonderful memories and experiences to the participants.

Recreational Soccer League goals and objectives:

• A recreational soccer league for players of all skill levels.
• Open to adult’s women over the age of 30.
• The program goal is adult participation while having fun playing soccer in a social and semi-competitive environment.

The fall league runs from August thru October on Wednesday nights at 8:30 pm at Field 3 – 1530 Alps Rd, Wayne, NJ 07470

Rules:

• 2 non-stop halves of 25 minutes.
• No time outs.
• Subs can be made at any time.
• No offsides. (one Referee).
• 8v8 (7 players + Goalkeeper) – Lake Members receive priority.
• Games can start with a minimum of 6 players.
• Sliding tackles are not allowed.
• All free kicks are indirect except for a penalty kick.
