Dear Membership:

Please be advised, the east beach parking lot will be closed in the evening to parking and traffic. Unfortunately, loitering and speeding through the lot has grown increasingly problematic.

PLCA panels will currently be used to secure the lot to protect PLCA property, beach events, and our residents as we explore more permanent gate options.
