Dear Membership: 

Over the next few days, egress gates will be installed at the East Beach parking lot. As noted in an e-mail to the membership in October, loitering, speeding, and other issues have grown increasingly problematic in the lot. 

The egress gates will help us better safeguard PLCA property and events, manage traffic flow, and protect pedestrians and residents.
