AGENDA OF THE SEMI-ANNUAL MEETING OF THE CLASS “A” MEMBERS OF PACKANACK LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
To all Class “A” Members:
The Semi-Annual General Membership Meeting of the Packanack Lake Community Association will be called to order promptly at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the Clubhouse. Class “A” members will be admitted with their 2026 membership cards. Spouses of Class “A” members may exercise the Class “A” vote if they present the Class “A” card.
The Agenda will include the following:

JILL SASSO BIO, BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Myself and my family have had the absolute pleasure to live, work and raise our family in Packanack Lake for the past 16 years. I believe strongly in the sense of community and in investing/contributing to build and improve community and hopefully leave things just a little better than we found them. During this time, I have had the opportunity to contribute to our amazing community in a volunteer capacity through Mother’s Club, PLAA, Boy Scouts, Tennis, Barbecue & Leisure Clubs. I sat on the PLCA Board of Governors for 7 years (4 yrs as Treasurer, 2 yrs as President and 1 yr appointed for Special Projects). I have also served one term on the Board of Directors. I have also volunteered outside our lake community as a soccer coach for the Wayne Boys & Girls Club Panthers and a rec basketball coach for Wayne PAL. I have also served on our Township Council and as Council Liaison to the Library Board of Trustees. Professionally, I have 30+ years in/around the Financial Services sector focusing on strategy, innovation and transformation. I’d welcome the opportunity to continue to support and contribute to our amazing community.
COMPLIMENTARY DUES FOR A YEAR
The Board of Governors has an incentive program to encourage attendance at each Annual and Semi-Annual meeting. The details are as follows:
1. One complimentary dues for the following year will be offered at each Annual and Semi-Annual meeting.
2. Only “voting eligible” members in good standing can receive the complimentary dues.
3. Member must be present at the time the complimentary dues are awarded to be eligible.
4. If a quorum is not present at any particular meeting, then there will be no offering at that meeting.
5. A member may only receive complimentary dues once in a calendar year.
6. The exact time of the selection at any particular meeting will be determined by the Governor presiding over that meeting.
7. Current Board Members and Staff are not eligible.
