It is not about perfection, but it is about progress and every day you step on your mat to unplug from daily stress is a little gift you give yourself to continue forward motion toward your personal goals, whatever they may be. The fall schedule is as follows. FALL SESSION BEGINS SEPTEMBER 9TH.
MONDAY’S 7 WEEK SESSION (OFF 9/30):
POWER YOGA: 9:30 AM, includes arm balance work
GENTLE HATHA YOGA: 10:40 AM, 50 minute format
AROMA THERAPY FLOW: 6:00 PM
TUESDAY’S 7 WEEK SESSION (OFF 10/1):
XEN STRENGTH YOGA WITH WEIGHTS AND SLIDERS: 5:30 AM, 5 students bring props
STRENGTH AND SLIDE: 9:30 AM. Format begins with low impact hit workout, and ends with yoga stretch! SO MUCH FUN AND MAJOR CALORIE BURN! (50 min)
THURSDAY’S 8 WEEK SESSION:
AROMA THERAPY YOGA FLOW: 5:30 AM
XEN STRENGTH YOGA WITH WEIGHTS AND SLIDERS: 9:30 AM, students bring props
GENTLE HATHA YOGA: 10:40 AM, 50 minute format
FRIDAY’S 7 WEEK SESSION (OFF 10/25), 50 min format
CHAIR YOGA: 11:00 AM, students bring blocks and straps and we explore yoga using the chair as our main prop
