Dear Membership,
Our community came together last week at our annual meeting, outdoors! Many thanks to all those who were able to attend, and to all our staff and volunteers for making the meeting possible. It was a true team effort.
Congratulations to Tom Lewandoski who was awarded volunteer of the year! We thank Tom for his hard work and dedication to the water quality committee, as well as his commitment to our community as a whole. Our gratitude also goes out to Jill Sasso, who concluded her term as PLCA president. Jill’s leadership has meant so much to our community. We thank Jill for everything she has done in support of Packanack Lake over the years, and she will be deeply missed on the board.
A big thanks to all those who were able to participate in the Oct. 3 Clean Up Day, and to all our clubs, committees, and volunteers who work so hard to make our community so enjoyable. Our collective efforts have successfully made Packanack Lake the amazing community it is. There are a number of long-range improvement efforts underway, including additional investments to water quality, grounds, and the anticipation of the new peninsula footbridges.
The autumn is in full bloom at Packanack Lake! It’s a wonderful time of year to enjoy all our incredible community has to offer. I look forward to seeing you around the lake.
Stay well,
Tom Uhlein
PLCA President
