The Packanack Fitness Club is pleased to offer the following yoga classes in the clubhouse with our instructor, Shirley Barbosa:
Mondays 9:30am (Hiit) 9/13 thru 10/25 – 7 weeks
Mondays 10:30am (Hatha) 9/13 thru 10/25 – 7 weeks
Tuesdays 5:30pm (Hiit) 9/7, 9/21, 10/5 thru 10/26 – 6 weeks
Tuesdays 6:30pm (Flow) 9/7, 9/21, 10/5 thru 10/26 – 6 weeks
Wednesdays 9:30am (Flow) 9/8 thru 9/22, 10/6 thru 10/27 – 7 weeks
Wednesdays 10:30am (Hatha) 9/8 thru 9/22, 10/6 thru 10/27 – 7 weeks
Thursdays 9:30am (Weights) 9/9 thru 10/28 – 8 weeks
Please stop in the office to register.
The cost is $7 per class (times the number of classes) for PLCA members, and $10 per class (times the number of classes) for out-of-lakers.
There are no drop-ins for these sessions.
At this time, masks are only required in the clubhouse if you are not vaccinated.
YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
–Low Impact HIIT is a no jumping, heart pumping cardio class. We use light weights and body weight and move for a minute, rest 30 seconds. It’s a fun hour that goes fast!
–HATHA yoga is our gentle class. We use straps and chairs as props to gain flexibility and mobility.
–Yoga Flow is a vinyasa style class. We link our breath and movement and gain strength, flexibility. A moving meditation.
–Yoga W/WTS is a flow class that we add weights to for a nice hybrid of yoga and strength training.
