The first Garden Club meeting of the year will be held at the Clubhouse on Thursday, September 22, at 7:00 p.m. We will start with a short business meeting, and at 7:30 p.m. we will welcome our guest speaker, David Daehnke-The Gardening Guru©- who will present his program Organic Lawn Care: Getting Back to Basics. Learn how to properly fertilize your lawn, conquer weeds and insects, and still have a green lawn that will be the envy of your neighbors.

David is widely known from his radio show “The Gardening Guru” on WGHT 1500 AM for 25 years, and was also heard regularly on Martha Stewart’s Sirius Radio program “Morning Living.”

All members in good standing of the PLCA association are eligible to attend one Garden Club meeting as a guest before paying dues, so feel free to join us for this informative presentation!
