Packanack Lake Yoga and Fitness–A Message From Our Yoga Instructor Shirley

Packanack Lake Yoga and Fitness is thriving, now that we are back in person. We have added a kids’ class to the schedule on Tuesdays as well!

In these stressful times, it is important to give yourself some time to unplug and take care of yourself. A consistent yoga practice is beneficial physically, mentally, and spiritually. Please join us, we meet at the Clubhouse by the lake with ample space to socially distance and enjoy lake views. The schedule is available at the Clubhouse office, and its a really nice group of people to be with.
