PLCA Plastic Drop Off UPDATED INFORMATION: NEW DROP OFF LOCATIONS We now have new options as drop off locations! You can drop at the loading dock of the Stop & Shop on 23 OR the Stop & Shop on Hamburg Turnpike OR the Kohl’s in Wayne. All bags can be dropped on loading docks, with no phone calls needed! Collection dates are flexible, as long as collection is done by Saturday evening to ensure the bins are emptied for Sunday morning services.
